Refund Policy

Credits are prepaid and used to pay for future API calls. Consumed credits, issued trial credits, promotional credits, and credits tied to abuse or policy violations are not refundable.

Unused purchased credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Contact support from the account email and include the payment record and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and banking network.
